Description
This is a photograph of people on the Via Dolorosa in Jerusalem. E. Clifton Daniel Jr. wrote: "Here are British and colonial troops in the courtyard of the church [Church of the Holy Sepulchre] with their rifles." This photograph is numbered "7". It is part of a series of ten photographs that record Daniel's experience in Jerusalem and is part of a group of photographs originally sent by E. Clifton Daniel, Jr. to his parents from Jerusalem.
