His Excellency Abba Eban, Israel's Ambassador to the United States (seated at left) and former President Harry S. Truman are seated at microphones as former U.S. Senator Herbert H. Lehman stands directly between and behind them. The three of them are participating in a special radio hookup with Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion in Jerusalem during ceremonies in Philadelphia's Independence Square celebrating Israel's 10th Anniversary. Others are unidentified.
