Callam O'Laughlin (To present to the President a set of historic stamps which have been gotten up by a group who hope, thru sale of these stamps, to finance free library as memorial to General Theodore Roosevelt, Jr. It is to be erected at Oyster Bay. She will also present to the President a booklet of the General's life. This appointment was originally set for May 27th but because of the President's absence in Kansas City, it had to be postponed.
