Computers with Software to burn CDs

Fully describe the activity or assignment in detail. What will both the teacher and the students do?

I want each student to put together a 3 minute presentation in front of their class, which will include a music selection of 2 artists. The student will pick 2 artists whose music they want to burn to a CD. Hopefully, after the field trip to the museum, a new appreciation of these artists and their music will be gained

Assessment: fully explain the assessment method in detail or create and attach a scoring guide
  • The presentation will be worth 100pts. I will grade it based on the following specifics:
  • A. How much research the kids put in on the project. Obviously attendance to the field trip, and willingness to read documents saved.
  • Work each student puts in at their class periods in the Technology lab. ( I will provide CD’s to the students, so no expense for them)
  • Lastly, the organization they put in, along with their effort on the class presentation
