ENLARGING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE AIR COORDINATING COMMITTEE TO INCLUDE A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT
By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered that the membership of the Air Coordinating Committee, established by Executive Order No. 9781 of September 19, 1946, (1) be, and it is hereby, enlarged to include a representative of the Treasury Department who shall be designated by the Secretary of the Treasury, and the provisions of the said order shall hereafter be applicable to the Treasury Department to the same extent as they are applicable to the participating agencies named in paragraph 1 of such order.
