Description

A map titled "Gallup's Official Guide Map of Kansas City, MO, Kansas City, Kans., and North Kansas City, MO." The map shows schools, academies, orphanages and convents, hospitals, police stations, city limits, levees and dikes, roads, railways, car and motor coach lines, and an index to car lines. A few areas near the county line have been circled, an arrow pointing north has been added, and the number "43" has been written near the bottom left corner. Handwriting on the back reads: "Papers of Senator H.S. Truman. Folder: W.P.B. Priorities-Jan., 1942. Ltr: March 6, 1942."
