A map of the proposed "Kansas City Flood Control Plan" in the East Bottoms of Kansas City, Missouri. The map shows proposed levees, floodwalls, bank protections, and channels for the Missouri and Big Blue River. Handwriting on the back reads: "Removed from Senatorial Papers (Flood Control), 5/26/59, P.D.L."
