An American map titled "Newsmap, Monday, January 24, 1944." The map of the Eastern front shows railroads, rivers, pre-war boundaries, battle lines, and points of Soviet attack. A portion of land, stretching from the Soviet Union in to Poland, is highlighted in blue. Printed text and photographs reveal news on multiple fronts. Printed text and drawings on the back describe the look of various German Army uniforms and gear.
