Description

A copy of a hand-drawn map that focuses on the operations and works accomplished by the 3rd Battalion Fil-American Irregular Troops (FAIT) during and after the Allied landing at Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines in 1945. Specifically, this map describes and plots the engineering efforts of the 3rd Battalion FAIT, which was attached to the Corps of Engineers, 11th Airborne Division. Also included are details on Japanese positions and numbers during and after the landing. Handwriting on the back identifies this map as being part of the Official File. The handwriting reads: "Official Legal File-1055, N.D."
