Re: Dollar Gap
The Secretary told me after Cabinet meeting that he had discussed the dollar gap paper with Secretary Snyder. He gave Secretary Snyder a copy of the paper which the Secretary will study and call him on during the day. We can then arrange to get to the President via Pace unless Secretary Snyder has other suggestions on the draft, etc.
