I don't know whether you saw this cartoon from the Washington Post the other day. I think it will amuse you.
All of us in the Department stand ready to help you in any way we can to assure the smoothest possible transition. When you have decided on your top people, we will be glad to have any or all of them come and sit with us in any way that you think would be useful.
