Description

President Harry S. Truman can be seen on the right side of this photo, facing the press after placing a wreath at the base of the monument to the "Heroes of Chapultepec," in memory of Mexican war dead during his visit to Mexico. The other persons are unidentified. From: Office of President Truman, found in locked credenza of his desk. [This is a 10" x 13" oversize photo mounted on card stock. See also 69-361 and 66-3165.]
