Four men in an automobile, possibly waiting for the arrival of President Harry S. Truman to Wake Forest College in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Those who can be identified are Gordon Gray, Director of the Psychological Strategy Board (back seat, passenger side); and Dr. Harold W.
