Former President Harry S. Truman speaks at a National Press Club luncheon in Washington, D.C., where he will attend a series of Democratic meetings. He said that President Eisenhower had been mad at him since 1952 and that he (Truman) didn't "give a damn." (See also 76-462.) From: Frank H. Rich.
