Former President Harry S. Truman receives a plaque from the Missouri Writer's Guild in his office at the Federal Reserve Bank Building. The plaque is for his "Memoirs." They are, left to right: Mrs. Grace Mitchell, Mr. Clifford H. Nowlin, Mr. Robert V. Harman, Mr. Cecil Perkins, and Mrs. Alta Armstrong. See also photo 58-449.
