President Harry S. Truman, Mrs. Bess Truman and daughter, Margaret, get their ballots from the unidentified clerk as they go to the polls to vote in the general election. They cast their vote in the seventh precinct of Blue Township in the Memorial Building in Independence, Missouri. From: Copied from original photographs loaned to the library by Harry Barth. Originals were returned to Mr. Barth.
