President Harry S. Truman responds to questions at a luncheon at the Pearl Harbor Officers' Club, Hawaii. Others at the table are unidentified. On his way to meet with General MacArthur at Wake Island, the President made a stopover at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, for a tour of the Pearl Harbor Naval Station.
