Colonel Westray Battle Boyce, Director of the Women's Army Corps (WACs) is interviewed by Vincent J. Lambrose, Chief Announcer for the United States Air Forces in Europe, station WAFS. Colonel Boyce was on a tour of the European WAC facilities.
