Former President Harry S. Truman (center) cutting a cake that reads, "Welcome Grand Pop," with Matt McCloskey (right) and Mr. Teefey (right) at the Beloue-Stratford, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The back of the photo is inscribed by former President Truman: "Presentation at luncheon given by Matt McClusky [sic] at the Bel[illegible]-Stratford, Philadelphia, June 20, 1957. Mr. Teefey on the other side." Donor: Guy Pugliese, Chief of the Photo Section, Pennsylvania Department of Highways, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
