Description
President Harry S. Truman (in civilian clothes, standing at the end of the line of soldiers on the left) is saluted by a group of unidentified soldiers upon his arrival at Offutt Air Base in Omaha, Nebraska. President Truman is in Nebraska to meet with Governors of Midwestern states effected by the flooding of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers. All others are unidentified.
