John Brannon was a defense attorney who represented Admiral Osami Nagano, Admiral Shigetaro, Shimada, Koichi Kido, and Shigenori Togo at the International Military Tribunal of the Far East held at the War Ministry Building in Tokyo, Japan. Tojo and Sato were Japanese war criminals.
