Secretary of the Army Frank Pace (left, wearing rain coat) greets Colonel Michau (foreground, right) as he reviews a guard of honor of French Armed Forces at Orly Field, Paris, France, upon his arrival. Secretary Pace went to France to confer with General Dwight Eisenhower, Supreme Allied Commander, Europe. Secretary Pace is escorted by General Blanc. All others are unidentified.
