President Harry S. Truman (seated) is receiving a haircut from Frank Spina in the President's office in the Federal Courthouse on his twenty-sixth wedding anniversary. Spina has been the President's barber for the past twenty-eight years. This photograph is from the album "Mr. President, His Family and Friends."
