Description
President Harry S. Truman throws out the first pitch to open a baseball game against the Washington Senators and the St. Louis Browns. Seated next to President Truman are Admiral William Leahy and Charles Ross. Seated behind Mr. Truman is William Hassett. Seated behind and slightly to the right of Mr. Hassett is Secretary of the Treasury Fred Vinson. All other people are unidentified.
