Description
Stereograph of a projectile and power for the 12 inch disappearing gun produced the United States. Each shell weighed 1070 pounds and a typical powder load was 325 pounds. This photo was take at Fortress Monroe, Virginia. Donor: George J. Paulson to HST 3-3-66.
