President Harry S. Truman (left) boards a plane after his visit to the United States Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He visited Guantanamo Bay during a vacation cruise of the area. He is boarding the plane in order to fly to Key West, Florida for the remainder of his vacation. He is shaking hands with White House staff member William Simmons.
