Description
Wearing an old hat and a sport shirt with the tails worn outside his pants, President Harry S. Truman takes a stroll along the beach at Key West, Florida, where he is enjoying a vacation in the sunshine. In the background is Fort Taylor, which was used during the Civil War. Today, Mr. Truman was scheduled to dedicate the 450,000-acre Everglades National Park. His dedicatory address will be broadcast over the nation. From: Houston Post.
