Description

President Harry S. Truman and former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill appear on the rear platform of their train during a nighttime stop in St. Louis, Missouri, after their visit to Fulton, Missouri, for a speech at Westminster College. Mr. Churchill, wearing RAF coveralls otherwise known as a "siren suit," displays the familiar "V" sign while Mr. Truman waves his hat. Secretary of the Treasury John Snyder appears on the left and Admiral William Leahy is behind President Truman.
