An unidentified member of the Navajo Nation addresses the Klagetoh meeting held at the Navajo reservation in Arizona. Navajo tribal delegate from Klagetoh Annie Wauneka (back, center, dark shirt) and Commissioner of Indian Affairs Philleo Nash (right, checked shirt) listen, along with other unidentified members. The meeting discussed Bureau of Indian Affairs policies on range and livestock management.
