President Harry S. Truman's remarks at the Absentee Voters' Bureau, located at 1508 H Street, NW, in Washington, DC, where he was met by Democratic National Committee Chairman William Boyle. In his remarks, President Truman stressed that while this bureau is being run by the DNC, it is bi-partisan and it encourages everyone to register for an absentee ballot if needed.
