Former President Harry S. Truman, in his Masonic apron, looks on as a fellow Mason receives a plaque during an official visit to Pyramid Lodge #180 A.F. & A.M., meeting in Lambskin Temple, St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Truman was in St. Louis for a 10th anniversary testimonial dinner for Harold L. Reader, Grand Secretary of Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M. of Missouri. The only other person identified is R.
