A Robert Ginsburgh, Aide to the Under Secretary of War, visit the Crosley Radio Corporation, Cincinnati, Ohio, on Feb. 10, 1942. This photo shows Col. Ginsburgh delivering a stirring address to the Crosley workers that was broadcast over Station WSAI and recorded and rebroadcast over WLW that night.
