Address at City Hall in Providence, Rhode Island, October 18, 1952. The President spoke at 11:35 a.m. from a speaker's platform erected in front of City Hall. During his remarks he referred to Governor Dennis J. Roberts, U. S. Ambassador to Korea John Muccio, Senators Thedore Francis Green and John O. Pastore, and Representatives Aime J. Forand and John E.
