Paul Lafayette Webb (b. October 21, 1905, Ashland, Kentucky-d. March 12 Ceredo, West Virginia) served as a colonel in the U.S. Army from 1950 until 1959. Webb was stationed in South Korea from 1954 until 1955 where he was an officer in the Korea Civil Assistance Command. Previously, he served in occupied Germany as an officer in the U.S. Constabulary from 1946 until 1949 and served in the Panama Canal Zone from 1941 until 1944.
