Aerial photograph of the Aeronca L16B (SN 48-430) airplane in flight taken near Middleton, Ohio, where it was manufactured. This view shows Franklin, Ohio, and the Great Miami River in the background. This high-wing, two-place liaison plane was manufactured by the Aeronca Aircraft Corporation of Middletown, Ohio. Over 600 are in use by the Army Field Forces and National Guard.
