Officers of rank who attended the ceremony include, from left to right: General Omar Bradley; Nikolai N. Barinov, commander of the Russian Berlin guards battalion; Major General Floyd Parks; and Major General Joffre de Beauchesne, who will command the French troops in Berlin. All others are unidentified.
