A group of Army officers and enlisted men from Washington, D. C. and Fort Thomas, headed by Lt. Col. A Robert Ginsburgh, Aide to the Under Secretary of War, visit the Crosley Radio Corporation, Cincinnati, Ohio, on Feb. 10, 1942. This photo shows Col. Ginsburgh delivering a stirring address to the Crosley workers that was broadcast over Station WSAI and recorded and rebroadcast over WLW that night.
