Secretary of the U.S. Navy Francis P. Matthews takes over the helm of Rear Admiral H. H. McLean's barge during inspection of waterfront facilities at Yokosuka Naval Base. The location is off the coast of Korea. Secretary Matthews was on tour from November 12-30, 1950.
