Snapshot of Town in France during World War I
Snapshot of France during World War I, probably taken by Eben Ayers who was stationed there one year. This photo shows a town on a hill.
Where we left 8 of our men, from Battery C, Charpentry, France, during World War One. It is evidently a cemetery amid the ruins of the town. From an album of Lorain H. Cunningham, who served in the 129th Field Artillery during World War One and was a friend of Harry S. Truman.
