Harry S. Truman Hands over Documents to the Archivist of U.S.

Independence, Missouri. A beaming Harry S. Truman hands a packet of documents to Dr. Wayne C. Grover, archivist of the United States, officially turning over his papers and mementos in the new Harry S. Truman Library to the government.
