Wrecked Industrial Housing, Harbin, Manchuria; U.S. Reparations Mission

Harbin, Manchuria; destroyed housing units. Housing units destroyed by Chinese looters. This type of housing, mostly for industrial workers, existed in all the industrial cities of Manchuria.
