Former President Harry S. The event was the Decalogue Society of Lawyers Twentieth Annual Patriotic Dinner held at the Hotel Sherman, Chicago, Illinois, at which President Truman was awarded the Decalogue Society of Lawyers Award of Merit for the year 1954.
