President Harry S. Truman Presents Medal of Honor to Recipient

This is a photograph looking into the courtyard at Cecilienhof in Potsdam, Germany. The floral star at the center of the courtyard was described as red in color by Richard Beckman, Agent, Criminal Investigation Division, U.S. Army who was assigned to protect President Harry S. Truman at the Potsdam Conference in Germany.
