Former President Harry S. Truman (waving hat), flanked by an unidentified motorcycle escort, waves from the rear seat of a Cadillac convertible in Clinton, Missouri where he will attend the opening of the Henry County Fair. Seated next to him is Clinton Postmaster Walter Meneffee, Truman's sergeant in Battery D, 35th Division during World War I. The driver is Cleo Woody of Woody Motor Company.
