This photograph of a political cartoon by Cy Hungerford shows Harry S. Truman pushing an elephant labeled "GOP Congress" on a sled labeled "Harry Truman's sled" down Capitol Hill. The elephant asks, "Where do I go from here?" and Truman replies, "That's YOUR problem!" The cartoon is captioned "He's Off!" The original cartoon was inscribed to Truman: "With Best wishes to President Truman from Cy Hungerford."
