President Harry S. Truman and Oklahoma Governor Roy J. Turner today discussed plans for a campaign swing through Oklahoma late this month. Turner, who is chairman of the National Truman-Barkley Club, said the President will spend at least two days visiting a number of towns in the politically important border state. From: Beth Gore.
