Miguel Aleman(left), President of Mexico, receives an honorary Dr. of Laws degree from Dr. Clarence R. Decker (right), President of the University of Kansas City (Missouri). The trip to Kansas City was an extension of President Aleman's visit to President Truman in Washington, D.C. in April. The other persons in the picture are unidentified.
