Former President Harry S. Truman chats with Christ T. Seraphim, Milwaukee County Chairman of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, during a reception at the home of Howard J. Meister in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. President Truman later spoke at the annual Jefferson-Jackson Day dinner at the Auditorium.
