General Dwight Eisenhower and Admiral Harold Stark Board the USS Augusta

General Dwight D. Eisenhower (near middle of ramp) and Admiral Harold Stark (behind Eisenhower) are the first to come aboard the USS Augusta to greet President Harry S.
