Commander F. D. Virgilie leans over a wounded North Korean while another unidentified officer watches. The damaged boat they are in has been brought along side the USS Manchester. Others are unidentified. The North Koreans unsuccessfully attempted to mine the USS Manchester in Wonson Harbor off the coast of Korea.
